How DailyPuzzles is protecting you during the Covid-19 Pandemic

To our loyal customers and community,

We wanted to touch base and assure each and every one of you that your safety is our number one priority. We have always held ourselves to a high standard of hygiene in our offices, but due to the recent outbreak, we have taken new steps to ensure a hygienic and safe working environment. Not only are employees required to wash their hands upon entering work (and regularly throughout the day) but we are also regularly disinfecting our warehouse, work surfaces and inventory shipments. We have also limited warehouse access to employees only.
It is no secret that we source our products from China and we understand that this has raised concern for some of you. As confirmed by The World Health Organisation, there is no evidence that the virus can survive on surfaces for long from previous analysis. This is aided by the fact that our packages are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures.

What we do know is that the virus is most likely to spread from direct person-to-person contact, so we recommend everyone do their part and practise safe social distancing (stay more than 1.5 metres from others). It is also recommended to wash your hands frequently with soap and water, before and after eating and regularly throughout the day.

Can I still place an order?
Yes! We have been and are currently operating at full capacity. Orders placed before 12PM AEDT are still being dispatched the same day, and any orders after this time are still being dispatched next business day. We are also pleased to inform everyone that we have had very little reports of parcel delays inside Australia, so it’s unlikely your order will take longer to arrive to you as of now.

For our international customers, we have observed minor delays in a small number of EU regions but for the most part, parcels are arriving per usual!

New Australia Post Delivery Policy
For the time being, Australia Post is no longer requiring a signature on deliveries within Australia to ensure the safety of drivers and customers. Parcels will still be left in a safe place if possible or taken to your local post office for collection. Signature is also no longer required when collecting your parcel from the post office.
