Returns and Replacement information:
Returns and replacements are available if the physical product is damaged and needs to be repaired or fixed. We will only offer a refund for a change of mind if the puzzle is unopened and in the original packaging. We will not accept a return for issues with the Cube Station app. By purchasing this cube you agree to these terms. Ensure you research this product before you purchase this product. The Cube Station app is widely considered to be in a beta stage and there are lots of functionality issues. This will improve over time and is managed exclusively by GAN.
All orders placed before 12AM AEDT are shipped the same business day; any order received after this time will be shipped next business day.
Every order is shipped with tracking and insurance. The majority of Australian customers will receive their order within 3 business days with international customers receiving their parcels in an average of 8 business days.
