My name is Billy and I'm the owner of DailyPuzzles. I am not too sure if your review is very fair or reflective of the service we provided to you. You emailed us at 1:46 PM (local time) and we responded at 1:52 PM, just 6 minutes later. You then responded later in the day explaining you were referring to the skewb in this set (and not one ordered separately) and we explained that we don't produce these sets and Qiyi sent us the sets with the wrong item in it, we verified this by checking our other stock and finding more with a similar issue.
You were sent a substitute item in the set though that we were happy for you to keep and on top of this we offered you a $15 Gift Card (the missing cube costs $9AUD) for an error that was not our fault and we promptly arranged to resolve. All these responses were the exact same day and might I add the last one was at 9:58 PM, which is after hours. We never received a response to our last email.
Regarding the delivery, you placed your order on a Saturday and the postage companies are closed and it was promptly sent out on Monday which is the earliest it could be sent. We don't have any control over the postage companies being closed on weekends, nor does any other cubing company. Your order was then delivered 2 business days later at 9:10 AM (local time).
I am sorry that you feel the service was bad, but in this situation, I feel that we gave you the best service possible- fixing the problem within a day and on top of that your order was shipped out the next business day after ordering (and delivered in 2 days). I am not sure what you had in mind for "great" service, but this is physically the best we could possibly offer and I don't really agree with the 1 star rating.
